Patrick was born May 13, 1987. On July 24, 2010, Patrick went to be with our Lord and Savior. This website is a tribute to his memory. I hope you enjoy looking back at the last few years of his life. Too loved to ever be forgotten.
Patrick was honored this year at the 2012 Rose Parade. His picture appeared along side many hero's on the Donate Life float. This was a bittersweet moment for Lance and me, indeed. Patrick was able to prolong life in 5 individuals through organ donation. He enhanced 50 individuals lives through tissue donation. His tissue has resulted in the preparation of 119 implants that will be used in a variety of medical procedures to help others. We have received 2 individual thank you letter's from athlete's that have been able to continue their love for the game thanks to Patrick's ligament donation.
Patrick's picture can also be found on the 4th floor of Baylor Hospital Dallas along the Wall of Hero's.
